Do credits expire?
Paid credits never expire. Free credits (5/month) reset on the 1st of each month — unused free credits don't roll over.
When are credits deducted?
Credits are deducted the moment you click 'Start Challenge'. If generation fails, your credit is refunded automatically.
Are cert exams included?
Yes. Certification exams are always free once you hit the XP threshold for your next belt. You never spend credits on exams.
What payment methods do you accept?
All major credit cards via Stripe. Your payment is processed on Stripe's secure hosted page — we never see or store your card details.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. If you're unhappy with your purchase, email refund@reviewdojo.io within 30 days and we'll refund you — no questions asked. For general support, reach us at support@reviewdojo.io.
